Waresley park garden centre has reopened
To be able to maintain social distancing we will be limiting the number of customers in the garden centre to 60 at any one time. This may require customers to queue outside if this number has been reached. We have also introduced a one way system throughout the garden centre.
We do expect to be busy so we would ask customers to please come and shop alone or in groups of no more than two to reduce queuing. We reserve the right to limit groups of customers to no more than two during busy times.
We will be open Monday to Saturday 9am until 5.30pm and from 10am until 4pm on Sundays.
Please note that our restaurant, play area and toilets are all closed.
We would ask customers to pay by card rather than cash where possible. Contactless is available for transactions under £45.
To maintain social distancing and the smooth running of the one way system, our staff will not be able to offer gardening or plant advice as normal. However we can still help by email, please feel free to email us on email@example.com.
Face coverings: The changes we have made above will allow us to maintain 2m social distancing between team members and customers at all times so we will not be requesting either customers or our team to wear them. Of course all visitors and members of our team are welcome to wear them if they wish.
Unfortunately, Dogs will not be allowed into the garden centre for the near future, (with the exception of assistance dogs) so please leave them at home. Please note, all of the above will be reviewed at regular intervals.
Reward card vouchers: We will be extending the expiry date on all reward card vouchers that were due to expire after March 23rd by three months to give all our customers plenty of time to spend them.
We are able to deliver items from our Garden furniture range to the local area. Please click here to see our selection.
