Terms and Conditions
Customers may choose to have either a Loyalty App account or Loyalty Card account to collect points whilst making purchases. App and Card accounts cannot be linked.
Loyalty points can be collected from purchases made in the Garden Centre and Café. Points will be converted into money off vouchers and issued periodically subject to a minimum spend being achieved.
Points can be earned by loyalty customers on all shop, café & webshop purchases.
Unfortunately, points cannot be collected on the purchase of Santa’s grotto, Breakfast with Santa tickets, Afternoon teas/ tea vouchers or any other tickets. This is because tickets are sold through a separate platform that is incompatible with our EPOS system.
App accounts will receive vouchers through the App, card account customers will receive vouchers via email that should be printed off to use in store.
Please remember to present your phone device or card at the time of purchase. Points will not be awarded after the time of purchase.
Loyalty vouchers and coupons are not transferable and can only be used by the account customer they were issued to.
Loyalty discount vouchers or coupons cannot be used for the purchase of HTA gift cards.
