Care & Maintenance
• Hand wash cushion covers at 30 degrees.
• Bramblecrest advise against the use of teak oil.
• Teak oil can result in dark patchy surface areas Remove general surface dirt with a bucket of warm detergent-free soapy water and a stiff scrubbing brush.
• Remove stubborn stains with sandpaper when dry. Always sand with and not against the grain of the wood
• If the wood becomes rough and a smooth finish is preferred, use fine sandpaper to smooth off surface areas.
• Bramblecrest advise against the use of a furniture cover for teak garden furniture as the product needs to breathe.
• If left untreated the wood will develop an attractive silver/ grey patina. This is the natural colour of the wood.
• To maintain the original brown colour of the wood use Bramblecrest teak protector, available from www.bramblecrest.com.
• Regardless of treatment, the life of the product (approx. 20 years) will remain relatively unchanged.

We offer local delivery (within approximately a 20-mile radius) for a standard fee of £10, with free delivery when you spend over £75.

Delivery is usually within 7 days. (Please note, this may be slightly longer when we are busy). We will contact you with a delivery day. We do not deliver at weekends.

Please note, we cannot reserve trees or plants for longer than 2 weeks.
Returns & Refunds Policy
FAULTY GOODS
Following the unfortunate delivery of a faulty or damaged product, we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly and conveniently as possible. To help us achieve this, please contact the garden centre swiftly after delivery. The cost of return for a faulty of damaged product will be subsidised by the garden centre.

CANCELLING A SALE
The cancellation of any product must be carried out at least 48 hours before delivery. Please contact the garden centre by telephone as soon as possible once you have decided to cancel.
