What Information do we collect about you:​

Information that you provide when you create an online account with us or make an online purchase from our digiticket site (which sells tickets for our café and Christmas themed events).  These pages are hosted on secure servers which encrypt all sensitive data. We do not. We do not store credit or debit card information.

Information you provide when you subscribing to our email newsletter.

Information you provide when you contact us by any means with enquiries about products or complaints etc. ​

How will we use the information about you​?

To provide you with any information that you request from us and resolve customer complaints. Your data will be destroyed once the request/complaint has been concluded.

To process your orders placed on our digiticket site for Christmas and café events. All personal data will be anonymised within 30 days of the ticket being redeemed.

To send you with marketing information such as special offers and events or news relating to the garden centre, providing you have given consent for such purposes. We will not send information regarding third parties. You can unsubscribe from our emailing list by following the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any of our emails to you or simply contact us on 01767 650249 or enquiries@waresley.co.uk and ask to be removed.

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.​

Information on IP addresses and cookies​

We may collect information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
