We do not hold any stock.
After you have placed your order with us, the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.
Please check you meet the following delivery criteria before placing your order:
- No HIAB Delivery
Kelkay do not use Hiab delivery vehicles.
- No Obstacles
Access must be sufficiently wide and free of obstacles.
- Level Ground
Access must be reasonably level.
- Sufficient Vehicle Access
Delivery is to the nearest kerbside or hard-standing. Goods cannot be left on a public road or pavement.
- No Loose Surfaces
Hand pump trucks will not operate on soft ground or loose gravel. Goods cannot be pushed uphill, downhill or across lawns.

All orders are delivered within 7 days (Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm)

FAULTY GOODS
Following the unfortunate delivery of a faulty or damaged product, we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly and conveniently as possible. To help us achieve this, please contact the garden centre swiftly after delivery. The cost of return for a faulty of damaged product will be subsidised by the garden centre.

CANCELLING A SALE
The cancellation of any product must be carried out at least 48 hours before delivery. Please contact the garden centre by telephone as soon as possible once you have decided to cancel.
Your statutory rights are in no way affected by the contents of this policy.
