Our garden centre will remain open whilst we are in the current lockdown as we are classified as essential retail.
Following the latest government announcement that we are entering another national lockdown as of 05/01/2021, garden centres currently fall under the category of essential retail and we will remain open. However our café will be closed until we are notified it can re-open. We will keep customers updated with any changes as we receive them.
To enable social distancing we may need to limit the number of customers in the garden centre at any one time and this may require customers to queue outside if the limit has been reached.
If at all possible, please visit alone or in small groups to reduce queuing.
From July 24th in accordance with Government regulations all visitors to the garden centre must wear face coverings, unless you have a legitimate reason to not wear one, as described on the government website www.gov.uk. This includes in the covered section of our plant area.
We will be open Monday to Saturday 9.00am until 5.00pm and from 10am until 4pm on Sundays.
We would ask customers to pay by card rather than cash where possible. Contactless is available for transactions under £45.
To maintain social distancing, our staff will not be able to offer gardening or plant advice as normal. However we can still help by email, please feel free to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
